Yesterday we went to the National Zoo and Aquarium in Canberra with some friends and watched one of them “Meet a Cheetah“, then went around to all the animals and said hello. Oh by the way, it was the coldest September day in Canberra in 40 years. Quite the chilly outing it was. But the animals must have liked the cold because they all came out and said hello and put on a bit of a show for us, so it was definitely worth braving the 8C degree weather with wind and rain and yukkiness.
