Long overdue update on house settlement.

Gosh it’s been a hectic mess. Settlement was delayed because ANZ bank stuffed up the application, but luckily after lots of going back and forth with our solicitors and theirs, the owners were willing to grant us tenancy before settlement, as they had already moved out. I'm Mikaela, 27, married to a spunk, muma to a bubba boy, and busy (mostly by choice, I suck at relaxing). I love life and have too many ideas in my head, and wish there were more hours in the day (I'm sure old people always said that when I was growing up). I live in and love Canberra, Australia (2 hours to beach or snow, what more could you ask for?).
